First Friday Mental Health Seminar

Group Health Center for Health Studies extends an open invitation to attend meetings or present your research ideas to others involved in Mental Health Research. The group includes scientists and practitioners from Group Health Cooperative and Group Health Permanente, University of Washington, VA Health Services Research and Development, the W.A. MacColl Institute and others who are interested in mental health research.

Purpose of the meetings:

Our hope is that these presentations and discussions will

  • keep us all informed about progress and results of current projects
  • give early notice of possible future projects
  • encourage collaboration in areas of shared interest
  • foster the development of younger investigators

(Coffee/tea and pastries provided.)

Details:

  • What: Scientific presentation (no longer than 1 hour—including time for discussion & questions)
  • When: 8:00–9:00 a.m. on the first Friday of each month (most months)
  • Where: Center for Health Studies Conference Room 1630—Group Health Cooperative, Met Park East, 16th floor
